One Layer Monday

Happy Monday everyone! A year ago today Hero Arts' blog was born. Happy Birthday, Hero Arts!! Thank you for the awesome blog and the challenges! Today's challenge is to make a one layer card; I just gave myself the one layer challenge few days ago and post it on my blog. What a coincidence!!

I love this challenge so much; I decided to make a one layer card on my blog every Monday! Would you like to play along? Color Inspiration #47

Happy Sunday, everyone!! I normally don't take nap, but I took a 1 1/2 hours nap with my little one on Friday! Ahhhh, it sure felt good! A much needed nap for me. :)

I'm Still Alive

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a good week so far! Sorry I disappeared for a few days here! My sister-in-law's family was here to visit so we had a full house here, 5 kids+4 adults! I didn't really have any time to create anything; I did manage to make a card last night. I came cross the Dawn Mcvey's blog last week and I'm so happy I did, she totally rock! She is having a color challenge on her blog, please hop over and join the fun! More Spring Cleaning

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a good week so far! I can't believe I'm still cleaning the house, ughhh!!!

Stamping With The Kids

I haven't been making cards with my daughter for a long time, today we did!! She was very happy that I was able to stamp with her; we make a few cards for her friends. I helped her cut out the paper and she used the CB folder to emboss them; I also help her punched out the scalloped circle and border and then she did the rest. Of course she has to put the gems on the buttons to cover the holes just like her mama! :)


My two years old daughter wanted to join the party, so I let her make her own card too. She stamped the image and adhered on the card, I did the rest. She also putted the pearls and gems on the card. :)
